I’m so happy you are here! Below you will find tips for your session! Investment starts at $250 which includes a pre-selected amount of digital files! I will review everything with you prior to our session but should you have any questions never hesitate to ask!
Maternity/Baby Reveal/Gender Reveal
Toddlers and Older Children
An ideal time for a maternity session is 29-35 weeks. That way, you have that nice round baby bump without feeling too uncomfortable during your session. I love long dresses to show off the bump! Remember to accessorize these sessions too and compliment your partners outfit. Please bring props that are significant to your baby’s arrival or complimentary to the nursery theme (i.e- world globe, shoes, stuffed animal, old baby picture of the both of you, “welcome” sign) .
Try not to stress about your child’s behavior or worry about them not smiling. Keep your energy calm and collected and your toddler will tend to do the same! Have fun and enjoy your session and your children will enjoy it too! Props are always welcomed, I will provide some that I feel fit the session but you are always more than welcome to bring your own. Props will also keep young children focused and happy!
Have fun and make sure to laugh…a lot! We will not take ourselves too seriously! Capturing the natural interaction between all of your family members is key, so do not feel like you always have to pose for a shot. Get goofy and silly. Tell each other inside jokes!
This is one of my favorite sessions! What a milestone and accomplishment! It deserves to be captured! Almost all of my seniors show up nervous but by the end end of our shoot we are laughing and becoming fast friends! I aim to capture your student relaxed and showcasing their true personality! I always recommend a relaxed outfit, one showcasing a sport or activity and one glam outfit!!
Coordinate and Compliment!!! Don’t Match! Try to choose outfits that flow well together and are not too matchy. Try to avoid all white tops with blue jeans. Put one member of your family/group in a patterned shirt and have the rest of the group wearing a complimentary color but keep it simple. Too many patterns can be distracting! Try and select varying tones of the same color (ie. purple, gray, rose and lavender).
Let’s showcase the love between you and your partner! Let’s celebrate your relationship and the milestones you have reached! If you are planning a proposal i’ll be there to capture your every move- without her suspecting a thing! I might shed a tear right along with you!
