Being an Orlando Florida Engagement Photographer means spending time with the best kinds of couples – like Javon and Kristina! Their Lake Eola engagement photos were an absolute honor to take especially since i’ve been lucky enough to watch their love grow throughout the years! One of my very first clients ever, when I first started this little business of mine, was one of Kristina’s best friends! She referred them to me a few years back for family photos- and the rest is history!! I have been fortunate enough to watch them welcome Jaxon (now 4!!) and sweet and spunky Khloe to their family! It’s so exciting now to capture this next capture in their lives- THEIR MARRIAGE!
The Proposal
Javon proposed to Kristina right here at Lake Eola! Surrounded by friends and family Javon got down on one knee and surprised Kristina by asking her to be his wife! Obviously the park holds a special place in both their hearts- so we woke up before the sun to capture that dreamy light and (((WHOA))) all the magic!! We brought along their two kiddos- DYING OVER THEIR CUTENESS- and captured their love story the way they wanted it to be told. Javon is a local real estate agent here in Orlando and Kristina is always traveling around for work with Amazon so it was quite the task to find the perfect day for their engagement photos! The wait was absolutely worth it!
The Wedding
They are planning the most epic destination wedding to The Dominican Republic in August! The anticipation is so real y’all! Kristina and Javon plan to marry at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana! It’s impossible to have selected a more amazing venue and backdrop for their wedding!!! We are joining them to capture all the fun and we are SO honored to be a part of this day! This will be my 9th destination wedding (previously: Maine, The Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Key West, West Virginia and other destinations in Florida!) and each and every one provides their own sense of excitement and magic! I’ts incredible to see where this career takes me! It’s my absolute favorite thing about this job!
