Jessica + Peter’s Tuscawilla Country Club wedding was so much fun! Peter is a total ham and Jessica is just so sweet! The day was the perfect mix of classic, traditional elements and modern elegance. Tuscawilla is a great venue that has a gorgeous landscape, so we had no shortage of great spots to shoot. And of course, the ceremony was beautiful underneath the large oak tree with the pretty wood arch framing the couple!
Jessica and her girls all looked so beautiful! I loved the light green bridesmaids dress choice- it was a really pretty middle ground between sage and mint. The variety in necklines & back styles was a great touch as well. The pop of purple from the bouquets was perfection! It all worked so well together and felt oh so right for the venue choice.
Peter and all his groomsmen are all total characters with just so much energy! There to have fun but followed direction well (must have something to do with having been in the Navy together)! They did a great job of making me feel right at home and were so sweet! Fun fact- Peter did actually almost all the booking with me and was a very hands-on groom! He is also a hobbyist photographer!
The newlywed portrait time was my favorite from the day- Jessica and Peter have great natural chemistry, so I didn’t have to do much posing to get the shots I knew they’d love! We really took our time to let them love on each other and I was thrilled to have gotten my golden hour shots.
Toward the end of the reception, everyone really let loose and had a blast on the dance floor. It was hilarious watching everyone, especially the kids and grandparents.
